As a big fan of Carhartt sweatshirts, I’m always watching this company’s new releases to see if they’ve come up with something good. I’m a person that likes to wear hooded sweatshirts. I do not have much body fat and I often get cold at the neck. Having a hood really helps me to stay warm, especially during the cold winters we have out here where I live. I like to purchase a new hoodie every winter, because I love the feel of new clothing on my body.

Carhartt Men’s Midweight Hooded Pullover Sweatshirt – Review

The last shirt I bought online was the Carhartt Men’s Midweight Hooded Pullover Sweatshirt. I must say I am not disappointed with this shirt one little bit. I was used to getting good quality from the lovely folks at the Carhartt company. And I wasn’t let down this time either. As a matter of fact, I liked the first hooded men’s sweatshirt in red so well, that I order a second one in black a week after receiving and trying out my first one. This mid weight shirt is great for climates that are moderately cold. If you live in the coldest outskirts of the planet, you might want to try on a heavy weight shirt.

The quality of the weave is pretty high. It doesn’t easily come apart. It also didn’t shed any fuzz on the shirt that I was wearing beneath this Carhartt Men’s Midweight Hooded Pullover Sweatshirt. This particular brand seems to run pretty huge. I ordered a medium like I always do, but the sleeves came down way past my wrists. Also, this sweatshirt was too long at the waist. But it’s okay, because after washing it a couple of times, it shrunk a little and now it fits perfectly.

This men’s sweatshirt hoodie delivers on its promises. It truly is midweight so you won’t have to fear that heavy feeling that some other shirts will give you. I liked how the black one really stays black after washing it. I’ve owned other shirts that turned gray after washing it only one time. I’ve had many problems with other sweatshirts, by the way.  Either the sleeves were disproportionally longer than the torso, or the other way around. Or the front pockets were too small. But not this sweatshirt. It has all the right proportions and I know this will not be my last Carhartt purchase!
